Unmatched Versatility
A single FrameStory frame gives you the versatility to display large-scale gallery wraps, portraits, or edgeless fabric prints - and change your style whenever you'd like.
Start with a gallery wrap, and when you're ready to update the print, you can choose to either keep a gallery wrap appearance, or switch to edgeless or portrait for your next photo.
No more stacking canvases in your garage or basement, or never updating your large-scale prints because you have no where to put them. With FrameStory, keep your single frame and switch up your style any time you order a new fabric photo print.
Evolve Your Style With A Single Frame.
All you need is one FrameStory frame, and you can update the fabric print on it as often as you like - change the aesthetic from portrait, to edgeless, to gallery wrap, and back again - with each new fabric print.

Assembly is easy! Your frame will come with 4 corner brackets, and 8 screws.
Begin by taking 1 short side of the frame, and placing a corner bracket on each end. Take the 2 longer frame sides and plug them onto the corner brackets. Use a screwdriver to screw the 4 screws in.
With the remaining frame side, place your corner brackets in those edges. Then, slide the exposed part of each of those brackets into the open sides of the long frame and insert the screws to complete the assembly.
Note, in the square frame all sides are equal length, but as long as you follow the order explained above it will assemble the same.
The size of your frame is measured from the outermost part of the frame. You can use a tape measure to measure from edge to edge and determine the size of your frame. When ordering a replacement fabric, this is the size you will need to know.
The thickness of your frame is the same as its depth, or how far it comes off of the wall.
Brief and clear answer
The aesthetic varies between Portrait, Edgeless, and Gallery wrap. These style fabrics will all work on the same frame, however the way they look is different.
The Portrait style leaves some of the frame exposed, and is inserted into the back of the frame. This results in the frame creating a border on top of and around your fabric print. The fabric is also set slightly back from the frame, giving it dimension and the look of a more traditional picture frame..
Edgeless is a sleek option where the fabric plugs into the front, giving you an edge-to-edge display. The frame? It's subtly peeking from the sides.
The Gallery Wrap is for those who love the canvas wrap look, but crave something more. The fabric gracefully wraps around all edges, giving a seamless finish and an aesthetic similar to that of a canvas wrap.
The Material is a 90/10 Polyester Micro Fiber/Spandex that weighs 5oz per sq yard.
Our woven 4-Way Stretch fabric is not only strong and water repellent but also offers a comfortable installation, allowing freedom of movement. Its elasticity is enhanced by the special construction of spandex in the material. Designed for dye sublimation, the image isn't just on the surface; it's embedded into the fabric fibers, ensuring it won't scratch off.

Great question! While both canvas wraps and FrameStory aim to beautifully display your cherished memories, they do so in distinct ways that offer different advantages.
Canvas Wrap:
- Material: Canvas wraps use a canvas material, typically made of cotton or polyester.
- Printing: The image is printed directly onto the canvas and then stretched or wrapped around a wooden frame.
- Durability: The ink sits on the surface of the canvas, making it susceptible to scratching or peeling over time.
- Flexibility: Once printed, the image is permanent. If you want to change the photo, you'll need a new canvas wrap.
FrameStory:
- Material: FrameStory uses a special 90/10 Polyester Micro Fiber/Spandex fabric.
- Printing: We exclusively use dye sublimation, where the image is embedded into the fabric fibers, making it more durable and vibrant.
- Durability: The dye-sublimated fabric is resistant to scratching and peeling, and it's even machine washable.
- Flexibility: One FrameStory frame can be used to display photos in 3 different styles—Portrait, Edgeless, or Gallery Wrap. Plus, you can easily swap out the fabric print anytime you want a change.
Overall, FrameStory offers greater flexibility, durability, and customization options compared to traditional canvas wraps.
Installing your fabric on the FrameStory frame is a breeze, and you'll be enjoying your new display in no time!
Each fabric style is installed slightly differently, so please view our Installation Videos to view each style’s installation.
While FrameStory offers the flexibility to display your cherished memories in three distinct styles—Portrait, Edgeless, and Gallery Wrap—the fabric for each style is specifically cut and sized to fit that particular display method. This means that the same fabric cannot be used interchangeably for all three styles.
- Portrait: The fabric is designed to plug into the back of the frame, creating a traditional framed look.
- Edgeless: This fabric is cut to plug into the front of the frame for an edge-to-edge display.
- Gallery Wrap: The fabric for this style is larger and designed to wrap around all edges of the frame.
If you wish to change the style of your display, you'll need to order a fabric replacement specifically designed for that style.
