FrameStory is designed to help you turn the photographs and artwork you love into something worth putting on the wall. These Terms explain the rules for using our website and services.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FrameStory.com and any related websites, pages, content, features, products, and services operated by Prinstant, LLC ("FrameStory," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, servers, or databases.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful material.
• Use bots, crawlers, scraping tools, or automated systems to collect information from the Site without our prior written permission.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Site content except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

5. Your Photos and Uploaded Content

FrameStory allows customers to upload photographs, artwork, graphics, and other content to create personalized fabric prints.

You retain ownership of your photographs, artwork, and other User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant FrameStory a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, modify as technically necessary, transmit, and store that content solely to provide, produce, fulfill, support, and improve the services you request.

6. Prohibited Content

FrameStory reserves the right to refuse to reproduce or process content that we reasonably believe:

• Is unlawful or fraudulent.
• Infringes another person's intellectual property rights.
• Violates another person's privacy or publicity rights.
• Contains sexually explicit or exploitative material.
• Promotes violence or illegal activity.
• Is defamatory, threatening, harassing, or abusive.
• Contains or depicts the sexual exploitation of minors.
• Violates applicable laws or regulations.

If an order is rejected because of prohibited content, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Sale and applicable return policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The FrameStory name, logo, website design, product designs, graphics, photography, text, artwork, videos, software, layouts, and other Site materials are owned by or licensed to Prinstant, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of FrameStory intellectual property.

You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit FrameStory content without prior written permission.

8. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, pricing, availability, and other information accurate and current.

However, product images and colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen, lighting, and other conditions.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify products, change pricing, and cancel orders affected by errors.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, payment processors, social platforms, shipping services, analytics providers, or other services.

FrameStory does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites or services, including their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

FRAMESTORY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be disclaimed under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINSTANT, LLC, FRAMESTORY, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some provisions may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prinstant, LLC, FrameStory, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of another person's rights.
• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site or products.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.

Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and FrameStory concerning your use of the Site.
